Fruit Sandwich (Strawberry)

* 6 slices of white bread
* 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
* 1/4 cup whipped cream
* 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
* 1 tablespoon powdered sugar


1. Spread strawberry jam evenly over one side of three slices of bread.
2. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the jam.
3. Spread whipped cream over the remaining three slices of bread.
4. Carefully place the whipped cream-covered slices on top of the strawberry-covered slices, forming sandwiches.
5. Dust with powdered sugar.
6. Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve immediately.


* For a sweeter sandwich, use more strawberry jam.
* For a lighter sandwich, use plain yogurt instead of whipped cream.
* If you don’t have powdered sugar, you can use granulated sugar or cinnamon instead.
* You can add other fruits to the sandwiches, such as blueberries, bananas, or kiwi.
