* 1 pound chicken wings (about 8 wings)
* 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot or Buffalo sauce)
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, hot sauce, vegetable oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and the skin is crispy.


* For extra crispy skin, increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
* To make your own hot sauce, simply blend together your favorite peppers, vinegar, and seasonings.
* Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dips, such as ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or barbecue sauce.
