* 600 grams (1.32 pounds) ground beef
* 1/2 onion, finely chopped
* 1/4 cup bread crumbs
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2. Mix well until evenly combined.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
4. Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium heat until cooked through.
